Adjustment skills of carburetor oil needle
Although the carburetor has a simple structure, the oil needle is located inside the carburetor. If you want to adjust it, you need to disassemble the carburetor. So we don't recommend you adjust the oil needle yourself. At the same time, because the position of the oil needle in the carburetor has a great impact on the operation of the engine, try not to try if you have no experience.
The specific adjustment steps are as follows:
1. Find the position of carburetor along the accelerator line and open the carburetor cover;
2. After opening the cover, pull out the spring inside to see the position of the oil needle;
3. Take out the oil needle together with the oil needle seat, push up the snap ring in the oil needle seat, and take out the oil needle;
4. Clamp the oil needle gasket with pliers for adjustment. Note: the mixture will thicken when the oil needle is lifted; When the oil needle decreases, the mixture will become thinner.
How to adjust the carburetor to save fuel?
Generally speaking, the position of the original carburetor oil needle is the best use position. If it is lowered to save fuel, it will save more fuel, and the engine power level will be greatly reduced.
